TOURISM GLOSSARY 1
1. Reservation: an arrangement to secure accommodations at a restaurant or hotel, on a boat or plane, etc

John made a reservation at the hotel to spend Christmas.
2. Drinks: any liquid that is swallowed to quench thirst, for nourishment, etc.; beverage. ![]() |

4. Salad: a usually cold dish consisting of vegetables, as lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers, covered with a dressing and sometimes containing seafood, meat, or eggs.

5. Cheese: the curd of milk separated from the whey and prepared in many ways as a food.
